Modular Commercial LED Road Light
High-efficiency modular roadway luminaire engineered for municipal highways, urban arterials, and expansive logistic centers. Built with independent optical engine rows, high-pressure die-cast aluminum housing, 160–170 lm/W luminous efficacy, Type III roadway distribution, and a clamshell top-opening chamber for fast maintenance.
Engineering & Modular Advantages
Independent optical rows, clamshell top access, and slotted convective heatsink architecture.
Scalable Modular Optical Engine (160–170 lm/W)
Features 1 to 5 independent optical module rows utilizing high-output LED packages paired with UV-stabilized PC optical lenses, delivering 160–170 lm/W high efficacy while minimizing field maintenance costs.
- Standard Type III batwing beam profile designed for multi-lane roadway illumination.
- Available in 2700K to 6500K CCT with Ra > 70 color rendering index.
- Individual module replacement capability without discarding the complete luminaire.
Clamshell Top-Opening Housing for Fast Maintenance
The aerodynamic upper shell pivots open upward on a built-in die-cast axle, providing a wide-angle opening to access the internal driver, terminal block, and SPD without removing the luminaire from the pole arm.
- Upward pivot mechanism ensures safe, comfortable two-handed high-altitude maintenance.
- Direct access to SOSEN / Mean Well constant current driver and surge protective device.
- Stainless steel latching hardware ensuring vibration-proof mechanical locking.
Five Scalable Enclosure Sizes (50W to 250W)
The PE-6028E series offers five distinct die-cast aluminum chassis lengths corresponding to modular row configurations and project road hierarchies:
- Size 1 (1 Module / 50W): 435 × 205 × 105 mm for residential pathways and access lanes.
- Size 2 (2 Modules / 60W–100W): 500 × 245 × 105 mm for urban secondary streets and parking lots.
- Size 3 (3 Modules / 150W–160W): 565 × 285 × 105 mm for municipal boulevards and industrial roads.
- Size 4 (4 Modules / 180W–200W): 630 × 325 × 105 mm for multi-lane avenues and transit routes.
- Size 5 (5 Modules / 240W–250W): 695 × 365 × 105 mm for major highways and multi-lane expressways.
Louvered Convective Heat Sink & Smart Photocell
Engineered with rear convective thermal slots that promote vertical airflow through the modular aluminum heat sink, accelerating heat dissipation and preventing dirt accumulation.
- ADC12 die-cast aluminum construction with anti-corrosion outdoor powder coating.
- Optional top-mounted NEMA/Zhaga photocell receptacle for automated dusk-to-dawn switching.
- Standard 10kV / 20kV surge protection device (SPD) protecting against power line transients.
Heavy-Duty Cantilever Arm Mounting
Designed with a reinforced spigot compatible with standard Φ60mm horizontal cantilever street light poles, providing high wind load resistance and structural integrity across all outdoor environments.
- Dual stainless steel set screws ensure firm mechanical lock to the tenon arm.
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +45°C for all global climate conditions.
- Supported by a comprehensive 5-year commercial factory warranty.
Recommended Road Applications
Modular roadway configurations matching standard municipal pole heights and illumination classes.
Expressways & Highways
High-power 4-module and 5-module configurations (180W–250W) delivering broad Type III forward projection for high-speed multi-lane traffic safety.
Municipal Main Boulevards
Mid-power 3-module models (150W–160W) meeting strict urban roadway illuminance classes with smart 0-10V/DALI municipal dimming.
Commercial & Logistic Hubs
2-module fixtures (80W–100W) providing long-lifespan, low-maintenance perimeter illumination with photocell dusk-to-dawn switching.
Residential & Campus Paths
Single-module units (50W) delivering soft, glare-free downward illumination for village roads, school campuses, and residential avenues.
